How late are you open?

Existing customers have access to our facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by card or code entry. New customers may move into a storage facility between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Sunday. With Savannah Storage Units, you can rest assured that your valuables will remain in good hands around the clock!

Do you charge a deposit?

We will never charge a deposit for storage space rental! However, when renting space at our Secure Climate Storage location, we do have a $20 refundable deposit for the use of our Card Access system. Upon return of the access card for your unit, your deposit will be refunded in full.

When can I get to my belongings?

Both of our locations also offer convenient 24-hour access. Existing customers have access to our facilities 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by card or code entry on select units. Please contact manager directly to verify your access hours.

Do you have pest control maintenance?

Yes, we schedule monthly, professional pest control services for your peace of mind.

How long do I have to sign up?

We offer month-to-month rentals with no long-term commitment to save you money.

Do you offer a mover?

Yes, we can provide a reasonably priced crew to help with your move, and we do offer use of our FREE moving truck at either of our locations to save you time and money. Please contact the manager for full details. We would also be more than happy to recommend a local reliable mover.

How can I make a payment?

Payments can be processed by mail, in person, over the phone, or through our website. You may also arrange auto pay. Please ask the manager about this convenient payment option.

What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?

How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?

Our expert staff can assist you in determining the right size unit to save you money. Just give us a brief description of what will be stored and we'll help you determine how much space is needed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Please ask about our convenient credit card auto-pay program!

Do you sell Locks, Packing and Moving supplies?

Yes, for your peace of mind we sell high security locks! We also offer boxes and moving supplies for your one-stop shopping convenience.

Do you have outdoor storage for boats, RVs and other vehicles?

Yes, we have space for Boats, RVs, Commercial Vehicles, Trucks and Cars at Secure Storage Center location. Please contact Bobby at 912.232.2377 for availability and vehicle size limits.

How much notice must be given when I move out?

We require a 10 day written notice to move out. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.
